Olive oil has been used for thousands of years in cooking, especially in the healthy Mediterranean diet. It is very versatile and with its unique flavour and aroma, it has become a must-have in every kitchen. Olive oil can be used for sautéing, browning, stir-frying, deep frying, as an ingredient in marinades and sauces such as mayonnaise, pesto, or romesco. It can be used in fresh salads and as a condiment, drizzled over various dishes. It is appropriate to use it in any kind of food as with meat, fish and vegetables.

Olivia Trading range of products and olive oils from Greece suit every requirement. All our oils come from a leading producer in Kalamata and provide full traceability. We offer a choice of packaging format, with all our olive oils available in containers from 50 ml glass bottles up to 5 liter tins. We also offer complete flexibility with ordering and delivery options.
